Deep sea tug built in Finland for the Russian Navy in 1989 as AKADEMIK CHIKER, 97.6 x 19.36m, 5250 GRT. 18005 KW, 15 kn. Renamed NIKOLAY CHIKER. In 1999 Tsavliris took over Salvage Enterprises, Cyprus and the management of the ship which in its colours was used worldwide. From 2012 it has operated exclusively for the Russian Navy, mainly in Murmansk as part of the Atlantic Fleet.
