Dapol OO 4L-003-005 SR Platform Starter Signal Lattice Post Motorised

A detailed working model of a SR lattice post home or stop signal mounted on a short height lattice post. These shorter posts were often used as platform starter signals, the lowered signal arm being placed closer to the drivers' normal line of vision and visible to the guard when viewed from below a platform canopy.
This detailed operating signal features LED lighting, shining through the red or green lens of the signal arm depending on position and a fine etched steel ladder. The signal fits through a 13mm diameter in the baseboard, allowing the motor and electronics to be fitted out of sight below the baseboard. Supplied ready for DC operation, conversion to DCC is possible using a static accessory decoder (not supplied).
