The latest Metcalfe Mini Kit add-on is this Arcade Fronts kit, designed to match up with the Low Relief Shop Front kits PO272 and PO273.
The laser-cut parts form into a very fine representation of the Victorian-style cast iron arcades seen in some streets, particularly around spa and seaside resort towns developed in the Victorian and Edwardian periods. The pack contains parts to make up either two separate fronts or one continuous front that will span a semi-detached shop front (as shown). A glazing sheet and a selection of signs are also included.
All-in-all this accessory adds further period character to an already attractive building.
