The Mercury Montclair was middle of the range in the Ford Mercury series with the Turnpike a little above. Externally, it was very similar apart from the trim, of which there was a lot.
The 1:87 scale Oxford model of the 2 door coupe´ makes its latest appearance in a highly visible two-tone blue colour scheme and with a mass of chrome trim. The interior seating is moulded in mid blue and remaining interior and dashboard are moulded in dark blue. The wide chrome radiator grille incorporates the deep V badge and the Mercury lettering features along the edge of the bonnet. Whitewall tyres complete the picture.
