Parkside Kits OO PA08 RCH 9ft Wheelbase Chassis Underframe Unfitted Double Brake (Kit)

Chassis kit for the RCH 9ft wheelbase underframe used under steel bodied mineral wagons built before the introduction of the solid W irons by British Railways. These wagons had bottom drop doors the brakes on each side were worked independently, known as double brake. Can be used with Parkside mineral wagon kit bodies to model Ministry of Transport wagons ordered during WW2.
Scale frame length 16ft 6in mostly used for mineral wagons. Wheels and bearings required to complete.
