Peco N NR-1001B BR 16-ton Steel Body Open Mineral Wagon Grey New 9ft Chassis

New model of the standard design of BR 16 ton steel bodied mineral wagons from Peco.
This model is finished as an unfitted wagon in grey with TOPS code MCO. Probably the most common variant built from the approximately 300,000 16-ton minerals built for coal traffic between circa 1940 and the mid-1960s, with many unfitted minerals still in service into early 1980s.
The new tooling provides a step up on detail with crisply moulded parts, thinner walls to the body, correct 9 foot wheelbase, NEM plug-in couplings and metal-tyred wheels for free running.
