Rapido Trains OO 936014 Hartley Main Collieries 30 ex-LBSCR Class E1 0-6-0T

Detailed model of the London Brighton & South Coast Railway class E1 0-6-0 tank engines designed by William Stroudley in 1874. The class was intended for local goods, shunting and piloting duties. Proving successful the class was expanded to 80 locomotives by 1891. Although withdraws started in 1908 30 locomotives entered British Railways stock in 1948, including four working goods services on the Isle of Wight.
Originally LB&SCR 92 this engine was withdrawn as SR B92 in 1936 and sold to the Hartley Main Colliery Company, becoming their number 30.
