The cruiser moskva was the same ship that at the beginning of the war tried to capture the Ukrainian island Zmiinyi, or "Snake Island." When the russians ordered the Ukrainian military to lay down their arms and surrender, the brave defenders told them where to go. The phrase "russian warship go f*ck yourself" has become a catchphrase of this war, and the event was even memorialized on a Ukrainian postage stamp.
The Ugears Neptune Mission model depicts a Ukrainian R360 Neptune missile system firing a cruise missile at the russian cruiser moskva. The missile hits the ship, sinking it. The mechanism of the model is very simple: one gear moves both missile and cruiser towards each other. A sliding guide hole causes the rear of the cruiser to sink. Engraved on the front of the model are the exact coordinates where the flagship moskva, the pride of the russian fleet, sank to the bottom of the Black Sea.
The model kit contains a bonus surprise: a Fidget Trident. This miniature fidget model by Ugears is an original souvenir with simple mechanics and a lug for hanging so it can become a stylish keychain. The trident is the coat of arms of Ukraine, a symbol of its strength, freedom, and indomitable spirit.
Our engineers designed the Neptune mission mechanical 3D puzzle as well as other models in the exclusive Age of Bravery collection for ease of assembly.
