This mat has a fine yellow/brown sand covering representing desert. Ideal for wargaming WW2 desert campaign and Gulf War scenarios.
The vinyl mat is mouldable, hills and other features can be permanently formed using a heat gun, plus the grass surface can be scraped away to form rivers, roadways and recessed bases for buildings.
