Hornby TT:120 Train Sets

Replicating the golden age of steam and luxury rail travel the Scostman Pullman train set features LNER Gresley class A1 4-6-2 pacific locomotive 2550 Blink Bonny, named after a famous racehorse from the late 1850s, along with a train of two first class Pullman cars and a third class Pullman brake coach, all three coaches with working lights.
The train set is completed with a starter oval of track plus extension pack 1 adding a point and siding, a UK mains powered speed controller and 'OnRailer' ramp.

A journey on a Pullman service would be regarded by many as the pinnacle of rail travel in the steam era. The LNER A1 4-6-2 locomotive and complimentary Pullman coaches included in this set represent how the ‘Flying Scotsman’ may have looked in the LNER heyday of the 1930s, that being the Flying Scotsman service and not the somewhat famous locomotive named after it. This service would run non-stop between Edinburgh and London, departing at 10:00 in each direction.

This set features working lights in the coaches. The ‘Blink Bonny’ locomotive contains a pre-fitted HM7000 sound decoder, when used via the FREE to download HM|DCC app, it enables access to a whole range of sounds including multiple whistles, a carriage brake squeal, the guard’s whistle and even a slamming door as well as power function
