Corgi 1/72 AA38203 Preowned Douglas C47 Dakota Mk3 271 Sqn RAF Flt Lt DSA Lord VC Arnham
An excellent model of the Douglas C47 Dakota transport presented here with D-Day invasion forces recognition stripes. These aircraft led the invasion, dropping paratroops behind German lines to attack and disable the 'Atlantic Wall'.Please note that the production models correctly have invasion recogition stripes on the undersides of the wings only.
