Tankers

The M.T. Haven is a 1/1250 scale waterline model of the Super Tanker which caught fire off Genoa after off-loading part of her cargo of crude oil. The model is made by Coastlines Models, CL-SA13 and shows the ship shortly before the bow broke off and sank. The two parts of the model should be displayed in line with a bow to stern measurement of 240mm.This model is ideal to display a collection of tugboats, fireboats, customs vessels & boom deployment vessels. A model of a burning oil slick could be displayed in the gap between the bow and the stern.

A 1/1200 scale resin replacement hull for Triang tankers by Coastlines models CL-0004.

Chemical and Products tanker for BP london built 1973, modelled in 1975 configuration with green decks, foremast and BP logo on a green band on the funnel.

This model was retained as a demonstration model in Gloucestershire and is in "as new" condition. 

New model for autumn 2019. British Tamar was a Chemical Products tanker for BP london built 1973, modelled in 1990 configuration and livery. This ship was broken up in 2001.

Albatros has announced a special edition 2019 version of the 1/250 waterline metal model of the famous tanker that survived the Pedestal convoy to provide Malta with desperately needed oil and fuel in 1942.

Albatros ALK332 1/1250th British Esk BP Tanker Waterline Model

Amoco Cadiz is a 1/1250 scale, waterline model of the bow & stern sections of the ship aground off the Britanny coast by Coastlines Models CL-SA14. This ship was one of a class of four VLCC tankers built in Spain, another sister came to grief off Genoa 21 years later (see M T Haven, CL-SA13).

RFA Boxol is a 1/1250 scale waterline resin model of the Station Tanker based at Malta during WW2. This model is painted by Coastlines in the unique colours of black hull and kharki upperworks, CL-TA03.
