Wills builder packs contain several 2mm (80thou.) thick plastic sheets with an empossed finish on one side. Each sheet measures 130 x 75mm and the thickness permits structures to be self-supporting. Making holes for doors and windows is best done by marking out the opening required then drilling through to make pilot holes from which the aperture can be opened out to the size and shape required.
