Dapol N 2D-142-009 FGW 142070 Class 142 Pacer Railbus Train First Great Western Blue
A detailed model of the BR class 142 2-car Pacer railbus trains with detailed bodyshells, flush glazing and a close-coupling corridor mechanism. Built in the mid-1980s as a temporary replacement for 1950s DMUs using body panels based on the Leyland National bus the class 142 units were finally withdrawn from service in 2021. The Dapol modelsĀ feature detailed bodyshells with flush glazing and close coupling between cars. Fitted with directional lighting and sockets for a Next 18 DCC decoder.
Model finished as unit 142070 in First Great Western blue livery.
