Since the mid 1800’s the UK has seen post boxes adorning its streets, but they were very different then. It wasn’t until Queen Victoria's reign that a standard design was settled on. The ‘Type B’ pillar box was derived from the ‘Anonymous’ design and has, with very little change, stayed the iconic piece of street furniture we see today.
This pack contains one pillar box adorned with the EIIR marking for postboxes installed during the reign of HM Queen Elizabeth II (1952-2022) made from photopolymer resin.
They are pre-painted and can be planted onto your layout straight from the pack.
