Parkside Kits O Gauge PS81 Sprung SR Brake Van Buffers

Set of 4 SR pattern brake van buffers, as fitted to the Southern 'pill box' type vans.
These buffers have shanks with reinforcing webs very similar to the GWR heavy duty self-contained buffers used on many heavy (over 20tons) and special wagons from the end of WW1 until the adoption of RCH buffer fittings in the late 1920s.
