Now supplied with pre-painted and lined sides in Midland Railway crimson lake livery this kit builds a detailed model of a MR 6-wheel third class coach with clerestory roof and toilet to diagram 492.
'Lavatory Stock' with toilets fitted in between the compartments was introduced for long-distance trains before the introduction of corridor stock. This ensures that some passengers travelling for many hours on the train had access to the lavatory, however often one had to chose the right compartment!
