A 1/1250 scale metal, fully assembled and painted model of SS Arabia. P & O's handsome two funnel Arabia was built at Greenock by Caird & Co in 1898, especially for the route to India. The ship had a relatively short career, being sunk by torpedo in 1916.

A 1/1250 scale metal model of the Vaterland of 1914 by CM Miniaturen. Vaterland was the second of the three Imperator class large liners built for Hamburg America line. During WW1 she was laid up in the USA but when the US joined the Allies she was requisitioned to become the American troopship Leviathan.

Carlo Marquardt's 1/1250 scale version of RMS Titanic, the most famous passenger liner in history, CM148.

CM models are finely cast in metal but the decks are not painted separately from the rest of the casting and in this case they are left white. This usually means that the models are cheaper than those of competitors in this specialist ship model market.

Aquitania is a second-hand, 1/1250 scale, metal, waterline model of Aquitania as turned out in 1914. This model is in excellent original condition but with decks painted whiteas were all early production models, see photograph.

Aquitania was completed to provide Cunard with a three ship transatlantic service with Lusitania and Mauretania before the outbreak of the Great War. She survived two world wars and years of Atlantic crossings to become the last of the 4-funnelled liners to be scrapped in 1949.

A 1/1250 scale model of the passenger tender Nomadic, built in 1911 to service the Olympic class liners during calls at the French port of Cherbourg, before their crossing of the Atlantic to New York. Philadelphia  (ex-City of Paris of 1893) of the America Line as in 1899 is a 1/1250 scale wterline model designed, cast in metal, assembled and painted by Albatros SM AL-C1A.
